Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a technical trainer or enablement professional in cloud-native or observability environments.
  • •Strong observability, monitoring, or cloud-native foundation across Infrastructure, Logs, and APM, with the ability to expand into additional Datadog product areas.
  • •Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern automation/development tooling.
  • •Expert presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to technical practitioners and executives, driving high CSAT.
  • •Experience creating or updating enablement content, plus at least one industry-related certification (e.g., AWS or Kubernetes).
