Job Summary

Lead technical enablement for Datadog’s largest customers across the EMEA region by planning and delivering foundational enablement webinars, customized training sessions, and an in-person recurring event. •Deliver customized technical enablement training to customer-defined goals while maintaining strong CSAT scores.
•Identify, update, and iterate foundational enablement content as customer needs and platform capabilities evolve.
•Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and TEM leadership to scope and position enablement services that drive adoption.
•Mentor new hires and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Technical Services to provide actionable feedback that improves product and enablement offerings.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience as a technical trainer or enablement professional in cloud-native or observability environments.
•Strong observability, monitoring, or cloud-native foundation across Infrastructure, Logs, and APM, with the ability to expand into additional Datadog product areas.
•Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern automation/development tooling.
•Expert presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to technical practitioners and executives, driving high CSAT.
•Experience creating or updating enablement content, plus at least one industry-related certification (e.g., AWS or Kubernetes).
