Key Responsibilities

•Acting as a team lead for Collections Coordinator roles.
•Performing collections outreach for a portfolio of at least $40M, while always striving to exceed collection goals, lower DSO, and meet or exceed individual KPIs.
•Having a sound judgment of industry, market trends, and internal processes to form an intelligent approach towards the escalation of collection issues.
•Completing assigned month-end tasks accurately and timely.
•Accurately and consistently documenting all collections efforts in Basis' financial system, Netsuite.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 49,937 - 66,097 annually

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of relevant work experience in collections or accounts receivable
•Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex collection issues
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Strong knowledge of Excel and financial systems (e.g., Netsuite) for cash application and reporting
•Previous cash application and credit card experience and ability to document collection efforts accurately in the financial system (Netsuite)
