Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multiple commercial, high-end renovation projects.
  • •Interface directly with clients to define project requirements and prepare scope of work, delivery resourcing, cost estimates, cash flow, and milestone schedules.
  • •Identify and manage project delivery resources, including conducting bid analysis and recommending resources to clients.
  • •Implement communication and documentation governance (meetings, written reports/meeting minutes, and accurate coordinated project records).
  • •Track project progress versus goals, budgets, and timelines; report status/variances; manage change requests and develop risk mitigation plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience and/or training.
  • •Proven track record managing multiple projects in varying stages simultaneously and delivering under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • •Solid experience with commercial interior renovations and/or construction management, especially on high-end interior projects and demanding clients.
  • •Ability to read, understand, and apply sophisticated real estate project documents (e.g., agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, drawings).
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including MS Office, MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
