Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the central point of contact for questions from clients, Employee Benefits Consultants and account managers on insurance-technical, administrative and accounting aspects
•Oversee daily technical management of a portfolio of group insurance, hospitalisation insurance and related programs
•Collaborate with Employee Benefits Consultants to assess client needs, existing contracts and technical reports
•Request, compare and evaluate insurer quotes; provide detailed instructions to the insurer regarding insured coverages and refine policy terms
•Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and insurers to support service delivery and issue resolution

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (in insurance, economics, Business Administration, accounting, or related fields)
•Minimum 3 years of experience in Employee Benefits
•Fluent Dutch with good French and English proficiency
•Strong analytical and numerical skills
•Clear and structured communication with good telephone manners
