Key Responsibilities

•Set up and maintain projects in NetSuite, including budgets, funding ceilings, contract line items (CLINs), and work breakdown structures (WBS)
•Track and reconcile project-level costs; prepare monthly variance analyses against approved budgets and contract funding
•Support project closeout activities including final billing, revenue true-up, and balance sheet reconciliation
•Prepare monthly project financial reports for program managers and finance leadership
•Allocate direct and indirect costs to contracts in compliance with FAR Part 31 cost principles and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)

Salary: USD 110,700 - 135,897 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
•5+ years of progressive cost accounting experience

•Strong analytical and data aggregation skills, with a high level of attention to detail
