Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, execute, and socialize research studies that generate insights for global growth strategy.
  • •Synthesize data from multiple sources (surveys, behavioral, third-party) into clear, strategically impactful insights.
  • •Partner with CI researchers and cross-functional teams to develop new research initiatives.
  • •Proactively identify best practices in existing and emerging research methodologies.
  • •Collaborate across Product, Data Science, Finance & Strategy, Content, Marketing, and Brand to empower business decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in product research, market research, and/or analytics, including hands-on end-to-end quantitative research studies (e.g., surveys).
  • •Proficient in data querying, wrangling, analysis, and modeling; experience with SQL and R.
  • •Strong ability to define research questions, select appropriate methods, design and execute studies, apply statistical approaches, and synthesize findings.
  • •Knowledge of statistical concepts such as significance testing and regression/linear models; experience with longitudinal analysis, multilevel/mixed effects modeling, psychometrics, conjoint, and/or survey weighting is a plus.
  • •Strong communication skills and a bias toward action, partnering proactively with multiple cross-functional teams.
