Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare for jobs and perform tool maintenance plus pre-job and post-job tool checkout.
  • •Rig up and rig down equipment at the well site.
  • •Service mechanical devices and build logging cable heads; perforate cable heads and maintain tools.
  • •Maintain well site/DOT records and perform required well-site communications with the District Manager.
  • •Supervise and train other field operators while maintaining high safety awareness at the well site.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • •Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • •Ability to drive a manual (stick shift) vehicle and hold a class A or B CDL with Hazmat endorsement, or obtain it within 6 months.
  • •Ability to work on-call 24x7 and support well-site work for extended periods.
  • •Clean driving record and ability to pass a federal background check, plus use computers for communication and reporting.
