Job Summary

Lead and optimize Mastercard's North America real estate portfolio by guiding leasing, dispositions, and workplace strategies across multiple offices. Partner with regional leaders, global RES teams, and sustainability partners to reduce costs, improve workspace quality, and ensure alignment with global standards. Drive capacity planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement while advancing green leasing and data center management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop real estate leasing and disposition strategies and implementation plans to manage growth and optimize the portfolio across North America.
•Manage internal and external stakeholders across geographies to drive portfolio performance.
•Develop and nurture relationships with local leaders and business units to align regional services with global standards and policies.
•Represent and advocate for RES in regional leadership meetings and drive capacity/space planning to meet business needs.
•Collaborate with RES global services provider and Environmental Sustainability team to achieve goals and integrate green lease, design, and building standards.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 109,000 - 158,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Must be fluent in English (verbal and written).
•Thorough understanding of capacity planning, facilities management, project and transaction management principles/concepts.
•Professional accreditations from GBCI/Green Star/BREEM, IFMA/BIFM, CoreNet Global, RICS (e.g., LEED/Green Star/BREEM, FMP, CFM, MCR, MRICS) preferred.
•Proven understanding and management experience within North America on a regional multi-office basis.
•Effective communicator comfortable engaging all levels of management and able to present business cases, financials, and design concepts to executive leadership.
