Senior Human Performance Specialist (United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi, AE)

Develop and deliver Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) General Training for the E2 Project, covering all phases of the ADDIE process. Create and maintain human performance training (including HU Tools, Nuclear Performance Improvement, and supplemental worker training), build training materials and assessments, and run needs analyses and post-training evaluations. Provide administrative support, support outages with HU Leader observations, contribute to eLearning reviews, and prepare training schedules and facilities.
