Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the design phase of large-scale data center projects from conception through implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications
  • •Develop comprehensive design strategies and project plans aligned with organizational goals and stakeholder requirements
  • •Oversee and mentor a team of design professionals, providing technical guidance and performance feedback
  • •Coordinate with PMC stakeholders, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and communication
  • •Ensure compliance with industry standards and manage design documentation, specifications, and technical drawings across project phases

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of professional experience in data center / mission critical / industrial design, management, or related project management roles
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience managing the design delivery of Design & Build projects from concept through construction, commissioning, and handover
  • •Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure systems including cooling, power distribution, and network architecture
  • •Experience managing data center projects in the Middle East region
  • •Strong design delivery leadership experience overseeing timelines, budgets, and specifications
