Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and drive the year-long technical strategy for the Capacity Modeling team and align it with critical business projects.
  • •Collaborate across product management, design and analytics to ensure technical sustainability, identify risks, and manage trade-offs.
  • •Act as a force-multiplier by defining and advocating for technical solutions and operational processes.
  • •Own the team’s operations and availability, establishing monitoring, on-call rotations, playbooks, testing and alerting.
  • •Foster a culture of quality by setting code review and design standards and advocating for them beyond the team.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale using languages like Python or Kotlin
