Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle all accounting for project activity and ensure monthly financial results are reported accurately and on time.
  • •Ensure reimbursable activities are billed to the client in accordance with the contract and on a timely basis.
  • •Produce monthly management reports with detailed operational and financial information at both project and senior management levels.
  • •Maintain and monitor cost code structures for accurate cost and revenue reporting; review data and make entries for revenue and cost accruals.
  • •Ensure timely billing and receipt of client payments per contractual credit terms; review and analyze project overheads and coordinate with project controls and project managers; perform ad hoc duties.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher (finance) education.
  • •Work experience in the respective position of no less than 3 years.
  • •Proficient user of Excel.
  • •Good commercial knowledge.
  • •Good systems experience (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, 1C, Excel Gep Smart, PowerBi).
