•Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and cost optimization, and help develop strategies to mitigate risks and resolve project issues.
•Collect, analyze, and interpret operational performance data; prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and enable data-driven decisions.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business administration, operations management, data analytics, or a related field.

•Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•Effective written and verbal communication to collaborate and present clearly and concisely.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau are a plus.
