Key Responsibilities

  • •Input accurate vehicle data (VIN, stock number, dealer ID, make/model/year, mileage, color, etc.) into the SECURE application using a handheld computer for each vehicle received.
  • •Install GPS trackers in OBII Port or with a metal security cable and remove license plates while documenting them.
  • •Affix barcode/stock number stickers, place work order numbers and routing labels, flag “no key” cars, and direct transporters to the proper car drop zone.
  • •Report transport damage as needed and follow all safety and health procedures aligned with Safety Excellence.
  • •Cross-train to support EPII check-in when needed and assist on sale days by driving vehicles through auction sales lanes; may require overtime.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED preferred or less than 2 years of related work experience.
