Job Summary

Oversee daily securities settlement operations by ensuring failing trade matters and unmatched reports are resolved, monitoring failed trades to improve settlement efficiency, and investigating trade discrepancies with traders, operations teams, and counterparties. Follow up discrepancies and un-reconciled breaks, support user acceptance testing for new products and systems, and provide backup coverage for other groups within the Global Processing team.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Manager of Operations in supervising the team’s daily operations.
•Ensure daily failing trade matters and unmatched reports are followed through to resolution.
•Monitor and follow up on failed trades to achieve high settlement efficiency.
•Investigate discrepancies in trade details with traders, relevant operations teams and counterparties to avoid operational loss.
•Participate in user acceptance tests (UAT) and provide backup support for other peer groups within the Global Processing Team.
