Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the national Accessibility and Inclusivity team to implement, locally own, and maintain accessibility touchpoints.
  • •Plan pre-season and on-going support by collaborating with venue departments to design ADA-aligned service frameworks and standards.
  • •Regularly survey venue areas (circulation spaces, seating, restrooms, entrances, and exits) to ensure accessibility and compliance with established standards.
  • •Serve as the main point of contact during events for guests with disabilities, assisting with accessible services, facilities, and policies.
  • •Coordinate accessibility-related requests with venue staff, support staff training, and complete post-event reporting to identify trends and improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Understanding of ADA requirements and other accessibility standards, with experience working with or familiarity with various disabilities and their needs.
  • •Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to effectively communicate with individuals with diverse needs.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills to address accessibility challenges and find effective solutions.
  • •Ability to maintain composure and organization in a hectic, loud environment.
  • •Ability to perform constant physical activity (walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and carrying equipment).
