Ensure Jiffy Lube Live is inclusive and accessible by partnering with the national Accessibility and Inclusivity team and locally owning accessibility touchpoints. Plan and support ADA-informed standards pre-show and day-of-show, survey the venue for accessibility across key guest areas, serve as the main point of contact for accessibility requests, and coordinate staff training. Complete post-event reporting to identify trends and improve future accessibility experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the national Accessibility and Inclusivity team to implement, locally own, and maintain accessibility touchpoints.
•Coordinate pre-season planning and day-of-show standards with venue leadership, considering ADA and other accessibility guidelines.
•Survey venue areas (circulation spaces, seating, restrooms, entrances, exits) for accessibility and ensure alignment with accessibility standards.
•Serve as the main point of contact for guests with disabilities and manage accessibility-related requests and communication before and during events.
•Complete post-event reporting to identify trends and guide future accessibility improvements, including facilitating staff training as needed.

Key Requirements

•Understanding of ADA requirements and other accessibility standards, including familiarity with various disabilities and their specific needs.
•Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively support individuals with diverse needs.
•Strong problem-solving skills to address accessibility challenges and find solutions.
•Ability to maintain composure and organization in a hectic, loud environment.
•Willingness for constant physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and carrying equipment.
