Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Art Directors and Associate Creative Directors on concepts and execution for out-of-home, digital, social, and retail projects.
•Oversee projects from initial concept through production and final delivery, ensuring excellence at every step.
•Lead or participate in brainstorm sessions, contributing both conceptual and visual direction.
•Work closely with stakeholders to balance creative vision with practical needs such as budget, function, and program requirements.
•Prepare precise, production-ready files for digital and print, following industry standards for color management, resolution, file formats, and pre-press.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
•2-4 years of experience at a creative agency, brand, or similar setting.
•Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially for print production (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
•Experience using Figma for digital design collaboration.
•Exposure to generative AI tools for ideation and image creation.
