Compensation Business Partner

Partner with business leadership, Recruiting, and HR Business Partners to advise on compensation strategy for a global organization. Use analytical insights to improve compensation programs, policies, and processes—supporting hiring, promotions, international transfers, budgeting, and top-talent retention. Respond to comp-related questions across levels, guide sound compensation decisions, and work closely with WW senior leaders and teams in different time zones.
