  • •Supervise production employees by monitoring production and shipping schedules based on raw/finished goods availability.
  • •Provide hands-on peer leadership: support training and development, evaluate/motivate, delegate, and monitor activities.
  • •Support plant administration by ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • •Enforce policies and procedures to drive inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • •Fill in for Operations Supervisor(s) as needed and assist with managing total plant operations for the assigned shift.
