Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and schedule interviews across APAC, Japan and MENA, managing multiple time zones.
  • •Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates across international markets.
  • •Track candidate progress in the ATS to ensure accurate, timely updates through offer stage.
  • •Support onboarding for new hires across MENA and APAC and assist with offboarding and employee lifecycle updates.
  • •Partner with the International People team to standardise and improve recruiting and HR workflows, and support reporting on international hiring metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • •1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination and operations.
  • •Experience supporting multiple regions or working across time zones is desirable.
  • •Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • •Comfortable working with ATS and HRIS platforms (Ashby preferred).
