Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Meet individual and store sales goals while building lasting client relationships through product expertise, styling, and tailored recommendations. Drive omni-channel sales using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video). Support daily store operations such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising, while maintaining service and asset protection standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships using personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations to meet KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing/replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
