Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop RCC (racks, cabinets, and consoles) components/modules as part of a delivered solution/product.
•Apply mechanical and manufacturing engineering principles across engineering development lifecycles to meet customer requirements.
•Perform concept review and design review (PDR, CDR).
•Support mechanical design and conception activities for racks, cabinets, consoles, and related assemblies.
•Work on electronics packaging, associated cabling, and/or design tasks such as racks/cabinets/consoles and platform installation design.

Key Requirements

•Degree or equivalent with solid understanding of mechanical and manufacturing engineering principles.
•5-8 years of relevant experience in electro-mechanical/hardware design.
•Experience using 3D CAD systems, ideally CREO or CATIA.
•Fundamental understanding of engineering development lifecycles and the ability to perform concept and design reviews (PDR/CDR).
•Experience with one or more areas: electronics packaging and associated cabling, and/or design of racks/cabinets/consoles; plus designing for platform installation.
