Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead a multi-year Data, Cloud and Data Products roadmap for Wealth Management with data and business leaders.
  • •Implement and maintain data products pipeline for data mesh and cloud; establish data governance structures for selected capabilities.
  • •Own end-to-end data product lifecycle across deployment, change management, data quality, access controls, availability, and business value delivery.
  • •Optimize cost and efficiency and reduce risks in data products by identifying and solving technical and operational problems.
  • •Collaborate with technology delivery teams on requirements and participate in user acceptance testing and go-live sign-off; execute communication and change management plans for rollouts.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in data governance and data product management with a graduate degree from IIT/IIM (Tier 1 institutes).
  • •Experience building and owning data products in the Financial Services context, bridging technology delivery and business users.
  • •In-depth knowledge of data governance and data management.
  • •Strong product management rollout experience with ability to guide and influence others to adopt a different point of view.
  • •Strong industry exposure in investment/asset management, capital markets, investment banking, or wealth management industries.
