Control Project Manager

Lead end-to-end delivery of HVAC/BAS controls projects, managing project financials, administration, implementation, schedules, and documentation. Serve as the primary stakeholder contact and maintain customer satisfaction through investigation, corrective actions, and clear communications. Oversee subcontractor RFQs and execution, manage change orders, and review contract documents to identify risks and mitigation plans while guiding the project team through complex multi-building work.
