Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives to drive yield improvement across DRAM/NAND/HBM technologies.
  • •Partner with Fab and SMAI teams to drive the AI transformation of YMS systems and deliver complex projects.
  • •Identify actionable yield improvement opportunities using cross-fab pareto benchmarking and develop/enhance yield models.
  • •Optimize and sustain yield program methodologies (e.g., 5-bucket, detractor targets) and revalidate models based on actual performance.
  • •Lead YE SWAT to define, align, and deploy BKMs across the global YE network and drive standardization adoption across sites.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in PIE (Process & Integration Engineering), with Process/Product Integration understanding preferred.
  • •High proficiency in data analytics tools such as Yield3, JMP, and Python to perform yield analysis.
  • •Strong understanding of structural and process integration concepts and basic process-area knowledge.
  • •Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions, multitask effectively, and perform root-cause analysis using a Model-Based Problem Solving approach.
  • •PhD/Masters/Bachelors with relevant course of study or experience; statistical/machine learning proficiency is a plus; willingness to travel as required.
