Validate billing and revenue records to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual and pricing terms. Analyze revenue patterns using tools like Excel and Power BI, audit data for anomalies, and mitigate revenue leakage. Partner cross-functionally to improve revenue assurance processes, develop best practices, and generate reports and dashboards. Monitor contract compliance, resolve discrepancies with Legal and Sales, and identify revenue risks aligned with industry and regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and validate billing records to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual and pricing terms.
•Investigate discrepancies and anomalies in revenue data, identify root causes, and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams.
•Analyze revenue patterns and trends and perform audits to detect anomalies and mitigate potential revenue leakage.
•Implement process enhancements for revenue assurance and operational efficiency, and develop best practices for billing and contract management.
•Generate revenue assurance reports and dashboards, monitor contract compliance, and provide actionable insights to support revenue optimization and decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
•One to two years of working experience in a similar role.
•CPA or ACCA qualification (or progress toward completion).
•Certification or training in Data Analytics, Power BI, Advanced Excel, SQL, or Business Intelligence tools.
•Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail, plus solid understanding of revenue recognition principles and accounting standards.
