Partner with business leaders to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Ride-Hailing and Marketing roles, from hiring briefs through offers. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a point of contact for hiring managers across Ride-Hailing and Marketing, using market knowledge and data to align recruitment activity with business needs.
•Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief call to offer, ensuring a timely and positive experience.
•Develop and execute targeted search strategies, proactively sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
•Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to support continuous improvement in hiring processes and candidate experience.
•Drive consistency and efficiency across recruitment workflows and contribute to initiatives that improve hiring quality.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-growth or tech environment.
•Experience recruiting commercial, marketing, or operations roles.
•Build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates at all levels.
•Strong sourcing skills, going beyond inbound applications to find the right talent.
•Organised and process-driven management of multiple concurrent searches.
•Clear and confident communication with strong written and verbal English skills.
