Key Responsibilities

•Provide high level of professional services in retail banking branches to meet and exceed customer service standards.
•Support wealth management service strategy by acting as back-up to Premier Relationship Manager and by managing Premier rooms/resources and safety deposits, delivering quality service to Premier customers.
•Identify service and business potentials and make referrals to Premier Relationship Manager and other business lines to deepen customer relationships.
•Perform branch operational tasks (excluding teller services) to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism, including account opening, transactions, and documentation for Premier customers.
•Develop multi-service skills and follow development plans with supervisors to continuously improve service delivery and adaptability across roles.

Key Requirements

•Customer service experience in a retail banking environment with a focus on wealth/premier clients.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships and collaborate with sales and service teams.
•Ability to manage Premier rooms/resources, handle wealth management services, and support PRM during peak times.
•Experience in branch operations (account opening, transactions, documentation) and non-cash transactions beyond teller duties.
•Willingness to develop multi-service skill sets and participate in on-the-job training to support various branches and product lines.
