Key Responsibilities

  • •Use semiconductor device physics knowledge to enable technology through process and parametric improvements.
  • •Drive process and device improvements using characterization, parametric test, DOE, data analysis, and simulation.
  • •Own technology parametric performance and support parametric Cpk improvements.
  • •Analyze parametric test dispositions for scrap or outliers, including root cause determination and experiment definition/evaluation to improve processes.
  • •Support transfer, development, qualification, and manufacturing of GaN technology nodes through cross-functional leadership and product flow creation/review.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors in EE, Chemical, Material Science Engineering, or semiconductor-specific solid state physics, applied physics, or quantum mechanics.
  • •2+ years of GaN or compound semiconductor experience in process integration and device work.
  • •Experience with process integration, DOE planning, electrical characterization, and failure analysis.
  • •Ability to plan effectively, drive schedules, and meet critical deadlines on multiple parallel tasks.
  • •Ability to lead technical discussions in area of expertise and work across organizational boundaries.
