•Own the technology platform lifecycle from technical requirements through scalable, secure, and resilient production operations.
•Lead, mentor, and manage software engineering teams through rapid, high-quality development cycles.
•Partner with Product Management to define roadmaps, technical strategies, and delivery plans aligned with business objectives.
•Oversee end-to-end system design, development, and integration across internal platforms, external partners, and third-party services.
•Ensure platform resiliency, availability, performance, security, and currency; establish development standards and drive Agile delivery and stakeholder reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 148,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of software development experience with hands-on technical experience.
•3+ years leading and managing software development teams.
•Strong experience with modern cloud and DevOps environments (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
•Demonstrated success delivering large-scale distributed systems with high availability and security requirements.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
