Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervisar equipos de promotores en campo y garantizar la ejecución de estrategias comerciales en puntos de venta.
  • •Planificar rutas y cobertura de puntos de venta, asegurando exhibiciones y planogramas.
  • •Evaluar desempeño del equipo mediante KPIs, checklists y reportes, y capacitar/acompañarlos en campo.
  • •Hacer seguimiento a indicadores de venta, exhibición, rotación y ejecución de promociones.
  • •Elaborar reportes operativos y manejar indicadores básicos de desempeño.

Key Requirements

  • •Seguimiento a indicadores de venta, exhibición, rotación y ejecución.
  • •Experiencia en autoservicio, mayoreo, retail o canal tradicional (preferente).
