Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle HR integration backlog items from conception through delivery.
  • •Design, ingest, transform, and publish PRISM datasets to support reporting.
  • •Build and operate inbound and outbound technical flows for the Workday HR system.
  • •Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and plan corrective actions.
  • •Conduct impact analysis for system evolutions, monitor execution, support non-regression testing, and maintain technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
  • •4–7 years of experience in Workday HR integration/reporting scope, including Workday PRISM design and build.
  • •Designing and configuring Workday reports and interfaces using APIs (from core connectors through studio).
  • •Knowledge of the Workday Security Model.
  • •Hands-on experience with SQL or another query language, plus integration technologies (XML, SOAP, REST API).
