  • •Manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets.
  • •Oversee safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Identify team strengths and weaknesses and implement steps to improve performance and reduce issues.
  • •Train associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time and minimize re-checks and delays.
  • •Partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on estimated repair cost and overall vehicle quality.
