Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support and engineering leadership for CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) across regional manufacturing sites and construction initiatives.
  • •Ensure alignment with global facilities engineering design standards; act as a single point of contact for sites and central teams and support metrics reporting.
  • •Oversee and review regional construction projects including design drawing/specification reviews, submittals, RFI responses, shop drawings, and construction models.
  • •Develop and validate structural design calculations, performance specifications, cost estimates, and construction schedules for structural portions of projects.
  • •Conduct site visits/field surveys and regular inspections to confirm compliance with drawings, specifications, schedules, codes/laws, and Micron standards; evaluate existing structures and recommend improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field, plus 8 years’ experience.
  • •8+ years of CSA engineering leadership experience on large EPC projects.
  • •Professional Engineer licensed (preferred).
  • •Experience with civil/structural/underground/architectural design for industrial facilities, including cleanroom systems (raised floor, demountable walls, ceiling grid).
  • •Strong knowledge of building codes and structural engineering analysis/calculations; ability to solve non-standard problems and act as a technical resource.
