Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • •Drive project strategy, planning, execution, commissioning, and handover activities.
  • •Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery strategies; monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
  • •Manage project resources (personnel, contractors, materials, equipment) and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Oversee commissioning, ORAT, operational readiness, handover documentation, training, defect management, and project close-out; manage RFIs, technical submittals, variations, and contractor interfaces.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • •PMP certification required.
  • •5–10 years of project management experience with proven delivery of projects and work packages up to USD 50M (or equivalent).
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering 1–2 full end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation through handover and closeout.
  • •4–7 years of experience delivering projects in airport, live operational, or major infrastructure environments, with experience in regional (Middle East) environments preferred.
