Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end quarterly earnings process, including press release, supplemental materials, prepared remarks, Q&A prep, investor deck, and validation work.
  • •Partner with senior leadership on guidance development (including share count forecasting) and frame executive-facing guidance materials, sensitivity ranges, and communication trade-offs.
  • •Lead Q&A preparation and the post-earnings analyst callback program, coordinating with approximately 30 sell-side analysts.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for analysts and institutional investors, maintaining relationships and articulating the investment narrative.
  • •Plan investor events and co-lead annual Investor Day, while leading select strategic finance projects and cross-functional analytics that support public-market decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience across investor relations, equity research, investment banking, FP&A, corporate finance, or equity investing (ideally in-house at a high-growth public tech company).
  • •Deep fluency in public-company reporting, financial statements, capital markets, valuation methodologies, and SaaS/consumption-based revenue models.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including drafting in the voice of senior executives and translating complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • •Advanced financial modeling skills, including operating models, share-count/dilution forecasts, guidance sensitivity analyses, and consensus benchmarking.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
