•Implement parent relationship strategies to ensure a smooth, distinctive parent experience.
•Organize and support social events, networking activities, and community-building efforts.
•Coordinate school tours, open days, and promotional activities to support enrollment and registration.
•Maintain transparent and effective communication with all parents and respond quickly to inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
•Record and manage all parent and student interactions in a CRM system while meeting SLA requirements and escalating appropriately when needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 10,001 - 20,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
•Proven experience in customer relations or customer service.
•Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
•Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
