Job Summary

Sample and test construction materials to ensure they meet required specifications. Coordinate daily and weekly schedules with plant personnel, management, and Department of Transportation inspectors to obtain samples and mix designs. Maintain clear understanding of production procedures, prepare and submit quality control documentation, and uphold ethical behavior and OSHA safety standards while following PPE requirements and passing required checks.

Key Responsibilities

•Sample products to ensure they meet required tests.
•Coordinate with management, plant personnel, crew members, and DOT inspectors to obtain necessary samples and mix designs.
•Support quality control by working with staff reporting to the Quality Control Manager to meet quality specifications.
•Prepare and submit documentation to appropriate quality control personnel.
•Ensure safety compliance by following OSHA guidelines and PPE requirements.
