Drive acquisition, origination, and profitable growth of the Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, converting leads into active clients, and strengthening client relationships. Manage and deepen customer engagements through customized financing solutions and cross-sell. Ensure credit quality by adhering to underwriting standards, regulatory requirements (CBUAE norms), and risk appetite, while monitoring portfolio health and profitability.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Originate new LRD transactions by identifying prospects and converting leads into active clients.
•Achieve portfolio growth targets aligned with the annual business plan.
•Deepen client relationships by offering customized financing solutions and pursuing cross-sell opportunities.
•Ensure adherence to credit policies, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements; partner with credit to structure transactions with acceptable risk profiles.
•Monitor portfolio health (delinquencies, renewals) and drive profitability through sound structuring and efficient execution.

Key Requirements

•Deep understanding of real estate-backed financing, including leasing and commercial real estate factors affecting clients and markets.
•Ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations, internal audit guidelines, and governance protocols (within CBUAE norms).
•Adhere to credit policies and underwriting standards while working within defined authority limits to manage acceptable risk profiles.
•Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
•Coordinate with credit, legal, operations, and risk teams to structure deals and support disbursement and portfolio monitoring.
