Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive global organic growth strategy and integrate organic visibility with paid SEM performance to optimize capital allocation and reduce spend on high-authority brand terms.
  • •Operationalize measurement of AI discovery and execute strategies to gain advantage in both traditional search results and LLMs, unifying content generation with model training dominance.
  • •Oversee global content architecture, including localization, internal linking, metadata optimization, and schema markup, partnering with technical teams for crawlability and visibility.
  • •Develop or implement AI-first tooling, including Model Context Protocols (MCPs), to bridge data silos between enterprise repositories and LLMs for faster decisioning and execution.
  • •Serve as the organic search subject matter expert, translating SEO performance into business value for high-intent segments and revenue targets through cross-functional liaison.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of professional experience in SEO, content strategy, or digital product management in a large-scale, high-growth organization, with 1-2 years of people management.
  • •Proficiency translating complex data into actionable narratives by building custom dashboards and extracting insights (e.g., Tableau, Amplitude).
  • •Deep understanding of AEO vs. SEO, including how LLMs parse information gain, entity relationships, and sentiment.
