•Oversee the supervision of department staff, including work allocation, development and training, and problem resolution; evaluate staff performance and take needed actions to address issues; motivate staff to peak productivity and performance.
•Oversee budgeting and planning for the department, including regular monitoring and assessment.
•Ensure software solutions meet university needs across e-learning, administration, academia, research, and training; consult with stakeholders to analyze and implement solutions.
•Proactively anticipate future software needs and plan accordingly.
•Ensure 100% availability of applications by implementing proper technology solutions and adopt world-class software development practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 40,001 - 50,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•7 years of relevant software development experience including 5 years in a management position
•Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field
•AWS certifications like AWS Certified Associate and Professional level certifications
•PMP certification
•TOGAF certification is an advantage
