Partner with business segment leaders and corporate functions to manage the full M&A lifecycle—from target identification and market mapping to due diligence, negotiation, governance approvals, and pre-integration planning. Build repeatable M&A playbooks and use financial modeling and return frameworks (including ROIC) to ensure disciplined capital deployment and measurable long-term value creation.
