Vice President, Employee & Manager Experience

Design, deliver, and continuously improve the end-to-end employee and manager experience across the employee lifecycle. Build an integrated organization combining People Operations, Employee Experience, Enablement, internal People Communications, and program management. Lead strategy, define service standards and metrics, drive simplification and operational excellence, and build a scalable manager support model using technology and AI—ensuring employees and managers get the tools, guidance, and development they need to succeed.
