Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide project management, advice, and coordination support for FNM financial management and improvement initiatives.
  • •Advise and support FNM units and clients on financial management strategies, including authoritative guidance on expenditure policies, procedures, and audit requests.
  • •Support periodic closure processes and perform other assigned tasks.
  • •As Secretary for the CRC clearance function: track and analyze incoming requests, recommend decisions, and coordinate follow-ups with relevant programmes and stakeholders.
  • •Maintain and administer CRC records (electronic database and master file), prepare CRC reports/analytics, and act as a focal point with internal/external auditors and related services.

Key Requirements

  • •An advanced university degree (Master's level) in finance, accounting, or business administration, plus a professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CIPFA (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum seven years of progressive financial managerial experience in a large, complex, international organization.
  • •Experience applying International Public Service Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and/or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • •Demonstrated exposure at the international level, with experience managing contract review committees and using finance/procurement ERP modules (Workday or Oracle) considered desirable.
  • •Strong ability to recommend and interpret administrative and financial policies and systems, maintain effective multicultural working relationships, and uphold integrity and discretion.
