Design, develop, and support solutions in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. Collaborate with business analysts and delivery teams in an agile environment to implement integrations, manage deployments with CI/CD and ALM using Azure DevOps and Git, and provide ongoing application support and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages).
•Build and improve Dynamics 365 solutions using C# plugins, JavaScript customizations, and Web API integrations.
•Develop custom components using PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) where required.
•Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with Microsoft services and third-party systems; support data migration and Dataverse configuration.
•Perform testing and deployments using CI/CD pipelines and ALM tools such as Azure DevOps and Git; provide ongoing support and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
•3–5 years designing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
•Strong experience developing with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages.
•Hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing).
•Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and working with the Dynamics 365 SDK (Organization Service and Web API).
