Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement the plant manufacturing plan to direct production and delivery in line with agreed planning and specifications.
  • •Monitor plan execution and take corrective actions to achieve agreed objectives.
  • •Translate BG/BU manufacturing strategy into long-term investment and maintenance plans, including budget definition and approval.
  • •Manage plant operations, maintenance, and production planning to ensure safe, environmentally acceptable, technically sound operations and achievement of production objectives.
  • •Manage site projects and implement innovations/new technologies using the IP process, including QSHE risk identification and crisis management.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally within the food industry.
  • •Experience leading and developing teams in a manufacturing environment and taking full responsibility for a site.
  • •Leadership skills to engage people, make decisions, and drive performance through collaboration and accountability.
  • •Strong awareness of safety, health, environmental, and quality standards with commitment to a safe and compliant workplace.
  • •Fluency in French and English to communicate effectively with local and international stakeholders.
