Job Summary

Own ISP partner communications for Open Connect by creating and maintaining technical, strategic messaging across public and partner-facing collateral. Collaborate with globally distributed Open Connect, NetEng, Global Affairs, Legal, Data Science, Engineering, and Partner Marketing teams to ensure consistent narratives. Serve as a subject matter expert, develop proactive materials for evolving content-driven formats, and manage relationships and documentation that support reliable streaming experiences.
