Key Responsibilities

  • •Set enterprise workplace strategy, governance, and global safety management framework to ensure compliance with OSHA and global health and safety regulations.
  • •Develop safety programs, policies, standards, and training; lead the global ergonomics program for office and remote workplaces.
  • •Establish global safety standards, governance frameworks, KPIs, and incident management processes, including corrective actions and safety performance reporting.
  • •Lead internal and third-party safety audits and integrate safety risks into enterprise risk management while partnering with Legal, Compliance, CEG, and business units.
  • •Provide strategic oversight for specialized safety programs (transportation, travel, executive protection, workplace violence prevention), and lead incident/crisis safety planning and business continuity with team leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Risk Management, or related field.
  • •Expert-level knowledge of OSHA and global occupational health and safety regulations, including ISO 45001 and NFPA standards.
  • •10–15 years of multinational leadership experience overseeing enterprise safety programs.
  • •Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing global teams and influence executive-level stakeholders.
