Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, configure, commission, and test new MFPs and printers at customer locations.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to identify potential failures.
  • •Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults, analyzing machine error codes and diagnostic information to find root causes.
  • •Repair and replace defective components, assemblies, and parts; install and update firmware, drivers, and embedded software.
  • •Attend breakdown/service calls and maintain accurate service records, reports, checklists, and meter readings to meet SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of relevant experience in printer/MFP/copier/scanner support and MPS software, including basic network troubleshooting.
  • •Strong knowledge of MFP/printer systems and their maintenance.
  • •Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and network printing with basic network troubleshooting.
  • •Knowledge of Windows printing environments and printer drivers.
  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
