Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of technology projects and guide a team of developers building distributed microservices and full-stack systems to meet regulatory needs.
  • •Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that help millions of Americans.
  • •Provide technical leadership across teams by shaping system architecture and long-term technology direction.
  • •Drive end-to-end design and implementation of large-scale, distributed, or cloud-native systems with high reliability and performance.
  • •Partner with architects and product leaders to define platform roadmaps and shared services strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,800 - 286,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 6 years of software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), cloud productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
  • •Experience coding with more than two of: Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, Scala.
  • •Experience with front-end JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and building synchronous/asynchronous APIs.
